"The staff and overall hospitality were extremely careless. A nurse negligently increased the flow of my uncle’s medication, causing his blood pressure to spike to 140/180. He began suffocating and feeling extremely uneasy. Only after we shouted for help did anyone notice the situation and step in. This incident could have turned fatal due to the sheer negligence of the nurse, who was talking on the phone while performing the procedure.
